Ingredients 

• 2 cups (500 ml) orange juice
• 1 cup (250 g) hung curd
• 1 seedless orange, peeled and broken into wedges
• Sugar to taste (optional)
• 7 to 8 ice cubes

Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
