Greek-Style Lamb

Prep Time:  10 minutes Cook Time:  14 minutes Yield:  4 servings (serving size: 1 3/4 cups)                 Ingredients 1 pound   boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1-inch pieces 1  yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into large pieces 1  small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices 1/2  red onion, cut into wedges 3  garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons   fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon) 2 tablespoons   olive oil 1 tablespoon   dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon   salt 1/2 teaspoon   pepper Cooking spray Preparation Prepare grill. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add garlic and next 5 ingredients; toss gently to coat. Arrange lamb mixture in grilling basket coated with cooking spray on grill rack.
