                            Ingredients 1/2 ounce   bittersweet chocolate 2 teaspoons   corn syrup 3/4 cup   clear crème de menthe 3/4 cup   white-chocolate liqueur 3/4 cup   vanilla-infused vodka 6  mint sprigs Preparation Using a superfine grater, grate bittersweet chocolate onto a saucer. Use a finger to rub 1/3 teaspoon corn syrup around rims of each of 6 glasses. Roll each rim in the grated chocolate and set aside. Pour crème de menthe, white-chocolate liqueur, and vanilla-infused vodka into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well blended. Strain into glasses (be careful not to splash off the chocolate rims). Serve each cocktail with a sprig of mint. Tomato Vodka Penne Superb combination of penne, vodka, tomatoes and ham. Cooking Time:  20-25 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • Pasta boiled till al dante 200 grams • Tomato puree 1 cup • Vodka 1/2 cup • Ham 1 slice • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon • Butter 1 tablespoon • Onion ,chopped 1 medium • Parmesan cheese 50 grams • Chilli sauce 2 tablespoons • Salt to taste • Crushed black peppercorns to taste • Cream 1/4 cup Method Heat extra virgin oil and butter in a non stick pan. Cut ham into small pieces. Add onions in the pan and saute till soft. Make some shavings of half the parmesan cheese. Add vodka to the pan and mix.                                   Ingredients 2 cups   cored, seeded, diced ripe tomatoes 1  medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced (about 1 cup) 1/2 cup   tomato juice 2 tablespoons   lemon juice 2 tablespoons   sriracha 1 teaspoon   Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon   kosher salt 1/4 cup   (2 oz.) vodka or gin Green olives for garnish, optional Celery sticks for garnish, optional Preparation 1. Spread tomatoes and cucumber on a rimmed baking sheet and freeze until just frozen, about 45 minutes. 2. In a food processor, mix frozen vegetables, tomato juice, lemon juice, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pulse until mixture is a fine slush, scraping down sides of bowl a few times if necessary.
