Yield:  Makes 4 servings                      Ingredients 1/4 cup   chopped scallions 1/4 cup   mango chutney (such as Major Grey) 1 1/2 tablespoons   vegetable oil 1 tablespoon   cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon   salt 1/8 teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper 3 1/2 cups   (3/4-inch) cubed peeled sweet potato (about 1 1/2 pounds potatoes) 1/4 pound   green beans, trimmed and halved (about 1 cup) 2 tablespoons   chopped fresh cilantro Preparation Whisk together the first 6 ingredients (through pepper). Yield:  Makes 8 servings (serving size: 1 slice)                Ingredients 1  recipe prepared Perfect Pie Dough 1 1/2 pounds   sweet potatoes, baked and mashed 2  large eggs 2  large egg whites 1/2 cup   plus 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon   ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon   grated whole nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon   salt 2 tablespoons   turbinado or raw sugar 1/2 cup   pumpkin seeds Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 300°. 2. Place the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until pecans are fragrant and begin to darken. Remove from oven, and set aside. 3. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, orange zest, cinnamon stick, and ground cloves. Bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat, and let stand about 5 minutes. 4.
