                    Stuffed Bhindi Fry                            This is a great veg side dish with dal or dahi kadhi. Stuffed Bhindi Fry Preparation Time:  15 mins Cooking Time: 15-20 mins Ingredients 250 gms   ladies finger (bhindi)  , cleaned, wiped and slit lengthwise 2 tbsp   besan (Bengal gram flour) 2 tsp   chilli powder 2 tsp   garlic (lehsun)  and  ginger (adrak)  , (finely grated or chopped) 1/2 tsp   coriander (dhania) powder 1/2 tsp   dried mango powder (amchur) 2 tsp   tomato ketchup salt  to taste oil  for frying Method   In a hot kadai, fry the besan,chilli powder,coriander powder,amchur & ginger-garlic without oil for 2-3 mins.
