Masaledar Arbi      MICROWAVE RECIPE The ever-popular arbi is spiked with curds, amchur and other masalas that make this is a peppy delicacy. The secret of making this recipe well lies in choosing the arbis well. Turai Aloo Sabzi This combination of ridge gourd, potatoes and chana dal make for a tasty dish.  Cooking Time:  15-20 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • Ridge gourd (turai) 250 grams • Potatoes,boiled and peeled 2 medium • Split Bengal gram (chana dal),soaked 5 tablespoons • Salt to taste • Oil 2 tablespoons • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon • Green chillies,broken 2 • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon • Tomato,chopped 1 medium • Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon • Fresh coriander leaves,chopped 1 tablespoon Method Heat water in a deep non-stick pan.
