Mango Tacos Famous Mexican tacos stuffed with yogurt and served topped with tangy mango salsa. Limit the portion size, since they are deep-fried and habit-forming. Preparation Time:  10 mins Cooking Time:  15 mins Makes 4 servings Ingredients To Be Mixed Together Into A Masala 1/2 tsp   chaat masala 1/4 tsp   chilli powder 1 tsp   powdered sugar salt  to taste Other Ingredients 1/2 cup   maize flour (makai ka atta) 1/4 cup   plain flour (maida) 1 tbsp   oil salt  to taste 1/4 tsp   oil  for kneading oil  for deep-frying Method Combine the maize flour, plain flour, oil and salt in a bowl and knead into soft dough adding warm water (approx. 4 tbsp).
