                                Ingredients 1  banana 1/2 cup   soy milk 1/2 cup   unsweetened apple juice 1/4 cup   peeled and chopped pear 1/4 cup   blueberries Preparation Put banana, soy milk, apple juice, pear and blueberries in a blender; mix until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink up! It will perk you up almost instantly. It makes a great snack that can be assembled quickly at any time using all your favourite fruits. Preparation Time:  10 mins Makes 4 servings Ingredients 1 cup   pear cubes 1 cup   apple cubes  (unpeeled) 1/4 cup   chopped dates (khajur) 1/2 cup   banana cubes 1/2 cup   orange segments to be mixed into an  orange  dressing 5 tbsp  thick fresh  curds (dahi) 4 tsp   orange juice 1/2 tsp   mustard (rai / sarson) powder 1 tsp   powdered sugar salt  and  freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder  to taste Method Combine all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Just before serving, add the orange dressing and toss well.
