Corn Bread ki Tikkiyan Mix coarsely ground corn, bread crumbs and masalas and make these tikki. Jalapeno Stuffed Baked Potato Baked potato in a hot sauce mellowed with mayonnaise Cooking Time:  1-2 hours Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • Potatoes 4 large • Jalapeno,chopped 2 • Sea salt 1 cup • Cornflour/ corn starch 2 teaspoons • Oil 1 tablespoon • Onions,chopped 2 medium • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Method Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the whole potatoes on a bed of sea salt in a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 220°C for thirty to forty minutes or till done. Potato And Chive Cakes Shallow fried chive flavoured potatoes cakes. Cooking Time:  15-20 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  15-20 minutes   Category:  Veg -  Ingredients • Potatoes,boiled, peeled and mashed 4-5 medium • Chives,finely chopped 8-10 • Salt to taste • Mozzarella cheese 2-3 tablespoons • Red chillies,finely chopped 2 • Fresh parsley,chopped 2 tablespoons • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon • Oil For shallow frying Method Place potatoes, chives, salt, mozzarella cheese, red chillies, parsley and cornflour in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into patties. Refrigerate for thirty minutes. Heat oil in a shallow non-stick pan. Place the patties in it and shallow-fry till golden and crisp from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Cooking Time:  15-20 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg    Ingredients • Sweet corn kernels 1 1/2 cups • Refined flour (maida) 60 grams • Cornflour/ corn starch 60 grams • Baking powder 1 teaspoon • Baking soda 1 teaspoon • Butter 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon • Condensed milk 2 tablespoons • Buttermilk 1/4 cup • Corn flakes,crushed 1/2 cup • Almonds,sliced 2 tablespoons • Sugar 1 tablespoon • Cherries as required Method Preheat oven to 170°C. Drain the water from the corn kernels and grind to a puree. Sieve refined flour, corn flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.
