Yield:  Makes 8 muffins (serving size: 1 muffin)                   Ingredients Cooking spray 1 cup   applesauce 1 teaspoon   canola oil 1/2 cup   turbinado sugar 1 teaspoon   vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon   almond extract 3/4 cup   oat flour 1/3 cup   unsweetened cocoa 2 teaspoons   baking powder 1/2 teaspoon   baking soda 1/2 teaspoon   salt 1/8 teaspoon   ground cinnamon 1/2 cup   semisweet dairy- and gluten-free chocolate chips (such as Sunspire) Powdered sugar (optional) Preparation 1.
