Triple Chocolate Mousse

Triple Chocolate Mousse Milk, dark and white chocolates melted, mixed with gelatin and whipped cream to make this fantastic mousse. Cooking Time:  10-15 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • Dark chocolate,grated 200 grams • Milk chocolate,grated 200 grams • White chocolate,grated 200 grams • Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon • Gelatin,Dissolved in water 1 1/2 teaspoons • Whipped cream 2 cups Method Place the three chocolates in three different bowls and melt in the microwave oven for a minute. Mix them in one bowl and heat again in the microwave oven for about a minute. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add powdered sugar and whisk well. Add gelatine and mix. Add whipped cream and mix well. Transfer into small serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve cold. - 

Almond Biscotti with Cappuccino

Almond Biscotti with Cappuccino The name biscotti is derived from 'bis' meaning twice in Italian and 'cotto' meaning baked or cooked. Our recipe is a quick version of the traditional one where the sticky dough is first shaped into a 12 inch (30 cm) log and baked until firm. After a short cooling period, the log is sliced into diagonal slices and baked again to draw out the moisture thus producing crisp, dry textured cookies that have a long shelf life. Serve the biscotti with a hot cup of cappuccino for a deliciously simple finish to the Italian fare. It will perk you up almost instantly. It makes a great snack that can be assembled quickly at any time using all your favourite fruits. Preparation Time:  10 mins Makes 4 servings Ingredients 1 cup   pear cubes 1 cup   apple cubes  (unpeeled) 1/4 cup   chopped dates (khajur) 1/2 cup   banana cubes 1/2 cup   orange segments to be mixed into an  orange  dressing 5 tbsp  thick fresh  curds (dahi) 4 tsp   orange juice 1/2 tsp   mustard (rai / sarson) powder 1 tsp   powdered sugar salt  and  freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder  to taste Method Combine all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Sicilian Orange Almond Cake All sicilians love desserts and cakes. Citrus fruits and almonds are widely grown and of course largely consumed in sicily, which is an island in the mediterranean region. I actually ate up a large chunk of this cake the first time i made it. So if you are the one who loves hot freshly baked cakes, you will love this delicious tea-time cake flavoured with orange and almonds.
