Greek Yogurt, Chocolate, Walnut, and Wild Blueberry Parfaits

Yield:  4 servings                  Ingredients 1/2 cup   fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed 2 cups   nonfat Greek-style yogurt 2 1/2 tablespoons   mini dark-chocolate chips 1/2 cup   oat granola Chopped walnuts Preparation Spoon 1 tablespoon fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, into each of 4 parfait glasses. Spoon 1/4 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt over berries in each glass, then top each with 1 teaspoon mini dark-chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon oat granola, and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts. Add another layer of the berries, yogurt, chocolate, walnuts, and granola to each glass; serve. Triple Chocolate Mousse Milk, dark and white chocolates melted, mixed with gelatin and whipped cream to make this fantastic mousse. Cooking Time:  10-15 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • Dark chocolate,grated 200 grams • Milk chocolate,grated 200 grams • White chocolate,grated 200 grams • Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon • Gelatin,Dissolved in water 1 1/2 teaspoons • Whipped cream 2 cups Method Place the three chocolates in three different bowls and melt in the microwave oven for a minute. Mix them in one bowl and heat again in the microwave oven for about a minute. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add powdered sugar and whisk well. Add gelatine and mix. Add whipped cream and mix well. Transfer into small serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve cold. -

Akhrot Choco Tarts Delicious tarts made with walnut barfi topped with a creamy chocolate topping. Preparation Time :   10 mins. Cooking Time :   25 mins. Makes 10 tarts.  Ingredients For the walnut base  1/2 cup   walnuts (akhrot)  , coarsely powdered 1/4 cup  coarsely  powdered cashewnuts (kaju) 1/4 cup  (50 grams)  sugar oil  to grease For the chocolate topping  1/2 cup   grated dark chocolate 1/4 cup   fresh cream For the garnish  5   walnuts (akhrot),  cut into two Method Dissolve the sugar in 4 to 5 tablespoons of water and simmer to get a syrup of 1 string consistency. Add the walnuts and cashewnuts and mix well. Heat over a slow flame and stir till it leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from the fire, transfer to another plate and cool completely. Ingredients 135 gm dark chocolate 95 gm butter 100 gm icing sugar 2 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs 35 gm flour Method Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees. In a microwaveable bowl add chocolate and butter. Melt it. (You can melt using the double boiler method too.) In another bowl whisk together sugar and eggs. Mix together the chocolate-butter mixture with the sugar-eggs mixture. Fold in the flour. Strain the mixture to remove any lumps. Keep this in the fridge for 5-7 minutes to chill. Pour the batter in greased ramekins. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream / vanilla ice cream or fresh fruits.
