Ingredients for Chilli Paneer with Gravy: 250 gms. Paneer (Cottage cheese), cut it into medium sized cubes 1 medium sized onion, cut it into four pieces 1 large capsicum, cut into slices (Shimla mirch) 4 table-spoon Corn flour 3 t-spoon Maida 10 Green chillies, cut it into long slices 10 Garlic pods (Lahsun) 2 t-spoon Salt 1/2 t-spoon Ajinomoto (optional) 3 t-spoon Vinegar (sirca) 1/2 t-spoon Sugar 1/2 t-spoon Black pepper (Kali mirch) 4 t-spoon Soya sauce 5 t-spoon Tomato sauce 2 table-spoon Chilly sauce 1/2 t-spoon black pepper (Kali mirch) Oil for deep frying How to make Chilli Paneer with Gravy: Take a medium sized bowl and add maida, 3 table-spoon cornflour and 1 t-spoon salt.   Ingredients: 250 gm cottage cheese (cut in cubes)   3 tbsp clarified butter   1 inch piece of ginger (finely chopped) 1 green chili (slit lengthwise)   1 onion (grated)   4 tomatoes (chopped)   2 brown cardamoms (crushed)   1 bay leaf 1/2 cup beaten curd   30 gms melon seeds or 2 tbsp cashew nut paste   1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cumin powder   1/2 tsp red chili powder   3/4 tsp garam masala   2 tbsp tomato sauce   1/4 - 1/2 cup milk   1 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)  How To Make Shahi Paneer: Soak the melon seeds or cashew nuts which ever you are taking for at least 2 hrs and then grind them to a smooth paste.
