Chocolate and Strawberry Milkshake White chocolate, strawberry crush, cream and vanilla ice cream go into making this delicious milkshake. Cooking Time:  20-30 minutes Servings:  4   Preparation Time:  10-15 minutes   Category:  Veg Ingredients • White chocolate,chopped 1/2 cup • Strawberry crush 4 tablespoons • Fresh cream 1/4 cup • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup • Chilled Milk 2-4 cups Method Heat cream in a non-stick pan till just warm. Place chocolate in a bowl, add warm cream and mix well till the chocolate melts. Put ice cream, strawberry crush, chocolate mixture and milk in a blender jar and blend well. Pour into individual small glasses and serve immediately.

Apple Smoothie You can never go wrong with apples! you can confidently use apples in any smoothie, especially along with any fruit-based crush readily available in the market. Since both strawberry crush and vanilla ice-cream are used, there is no need to add any extra sugar for the apple smoothie. Preparation Time:  5 mins Makes 2 big glasses Ingredients 1 1/2 cups  chilled , peeled and roughly  chopped apples 5 tbsp   strawberry crush  4 tbsp  chilled fresh  curds (dahi) 1 cup   vanilla ice-cream For The Topping 4 tbsp   crushed ice Method Combine the curds, strawberry crush, vanilla ice-cream and apples and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses. Serve immediately topped with 2 tbsp of crushed ice in each glass.

Breakfast Special - Easy French toasts with strawberries Serves 2 2 big slices of stale white bread 2 medium eggs 1/4 cup milk pinch of salt 1 teaspoon sugar pinch of ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 tablespoon powdered sugar 4 to 6 fresh strawberries, cut into half In a shallow dish lightly whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Meanwhile, ask Mommy to heat up a skillet over medium heat. Melt half the butter in the pan. Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture for 3 to 4 seconds and flip it on to the pan. If you soak the bread for long, it will become soggy and will be very difficult to make the perfect French toast. Once you have dipped and covered the bread in the egg mixture ask Mommy to cook the bread on the pan until each side until it's crispy and brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. When it's time for the second slice, add the remaining butter to the pan and cook the same way....
