Classic Irish Coffee
Classic Irish Coffee Serves 4 4 tablespoons brown sugar or to taste, plus more for garnish 4 cups hot coffee 4 ounces Irish Whiskey 4 full tablespoons whipped cream for garnish Add a tablespoon of sugar to each warmed cup and pour hot coffee until it is about 3/4 full. Then use a spoon turned upside down and pour the whiskey over it so it flows down gently. Top it all with the whipped cream, sprinkled with brown sugar. Serve hot!
