Classic Irish Coffee
Serves 4

tablespoons brown sugar or to taste, plus more for garnish

cups hot coffee
4
ounces Irish Whiskey
4
full tablespoons whipped cream for garnish

Add a tablespoon of sugar to each warmed cup and pour hot coffee until it is about 3/4 full.
Then use a spoon turned upside down and pour the whiskey over it so it flows down gently. Top it all with the whipped cream, sprinkled with brown sugar.
Serve hot!

Yield:  2 servings (serving size: 1 potato)                  Ingredients 2  medium sweet potatoes (8 to 10 ounces each) 3 ounces   Canadian bacon, diced 2 tablespoons   reduced-fat sour cream 3 teaspoons   chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons   shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese Preparation Pierce potatoes with a fork, and arrange on paper towels.
